Christmas tree & Kitten love.

I'm really happy that I chose to place the tree in between the kitchen & living room. I love how it breaks up the space.
Today I cleaned & cleaned to get the house ready for the company that is coming to stay later on this week. I wanted to get a head start & finish unpacking.
There are four hundred multicoloured lights on that tree.
Our two very special new ornaments.
We each chose one special ornament each this year -- he chose the surprisingly heavy, blue, metal star & I the shiny, peacock coloured sequined number. Every year we'll each choose a new ornament for the tree & next Christmas our little one will be able to pick one out too. I'm very excited about our first new holiday tradition.

How gorgeous. It was so neat the way the lights and shadows played off each other and the one with the cat was like magazine cover good.
