Forty Weeks & Three Days

I realize my belly isn't really changing much these days, but I keep taking photos so that someday I'll be able to show them to my daughter and say, "look, this was the day before you were born."

I love belly shots. You can't take too many of them.

With my last child, we were using a traditional camera. A camera that we didn't develop 6 rolls of film from. 6 rolls that had pictures of my belly every week and the night of my labor and the moment she was born...

My camera, unfortunately, had a defect in the exposure.

ALL of our film was gone. Just like that.

So, please. Take LOTS of pictures. You'll appreciate them later on.
