I woke up this morning to a note on our door today that said our water will be shut off for repairs on the 29th at 9am for the entire day. I spoke with the superintendent & she said she probably can't change the day.
Great.
Cross your fingers that I don't go into labour tonight/tomorrow & have to go to the hospital for such a silly reason.
Edit: It looks as though they might be able to have our water off just for 1/2 hour & then it could be back on for the rest of the day. Hopefully this works out. Hopefully the superintendent also stops talking to me in the hallway of the building while smoking & coughing in my face. That would be lovely.

Oh, dear! Keeping my fingers crossed for you. That would be SUCH a silly reason to have to change your plan. And the smoke thing is gross, gross, gross :(

And yes.. the smoking... blech. It's terrible to know they smoke so much that even if they aren't in the hall you can STILL smell it.
I'm really happy that we have two doors before our apartment so that it doesn't get in our home!
Have had my fingers crossed for a week hoping to see baby pictures. But I've uncrossed them, made a new wish, and they're crossed again. Maybe this explains why my typing has been so slow the past week. Tangled fingers.

Oh wow - I can't believe your 5 days overdue!! I had guessed your little one would keep you waiting a mere three days, but 5 just seems a bit phenomenal!
Hopefully the water thing gets all sorted out!

I was 6 days overdue with Cole. I know...you probably feel like it'll NEVER end...but it will! Good luck! You're going to LOVE being a mom!
