They Love To Play And Shout, They Never Have Any Cares

Today there was a Teddy Bear picnic out at the zoo. We went with some friends & though Gretchen didn't bring a teddy bear along, she chomped on her Gnon & watched the kids play.

She loves kids. She flails her arms & gets all giddy when they are around. A couple days ago a little girl in line with her mother at the bank was dancing & singing for Gretchen. She smiled such big smiles.

This means I should (eventually) have another baby, right?

Such a beautiful day to be in the park.

How did you spend your Friday?

dude. she gets cuter every day, i swear. because of you i've been having dreams about having babies. my husband is a bit scared...i had a dream the other night that we had a baby and my breasts were HUGE (like, cleavage directly under my neck huge). so funny. i hope that doesn't really happen to me...

yes you should! I'm an only child and I vow to have at least 2 kids. I just feel like I missed out on a different kind of relationship you would have with a brother or sister and there's been rough times in my family where I wish I had someone to relate to

Jordan: Haha, sometimes I feel like my breasts are up to my neck.. but really I think they are just about Bs! Ha!

Heart: I feel a little like an only child -- my brother is 11 & my sister is 6, so we don't have age in common at all. I'm more like another mother figure to them.

Those photos are adorable! It does get daunting thinking about another because then we have to imagine our leetle bitty babes as senior siblings. I can't quite wrap my head around it. Someday I guess.

Such a crazy thought, but adorable, oui??

That hat is ADORABLE. And I love her little hand in the last shot. Such a proud Mama you are. :) As you should be, of course.

As for my Friday, I painted a mug at Color Me Mine. I think I'm the only person they've ever seen paint actual typography on a ceramic piece.

I always love seeing pictures of your little one. have a great weekend!

My daughter, my first child, has always loved other kids. And now I have two. While I wouldn't say that it's been painless, her lack of jealousy and general love of other small people has made the transition much easier for me. I hope that you have a similarly easy transition if and when you welcome another child. :)

awwww. that looks (and sounds) like SUCH a great day! gretchen is adorable, as usual.

you should definitely have another baby someday. you're a great mom, and i think more kids deserve the love you and ryan can give them. :)
