This is one of my favourite places to visit in the summer months (and I thought it might make a nice addition to the shop).
Note: My little city also happens to boast the world's largest hydraulic lift lock, which is not the one pictured here, but is a nice piece of Peterborough trivia.

When we drove past Peterborough this summer we wanted so badly to stop and see the locks... very rare sight for us westerners!! We did get to see the one in Ottawa but I've heard so much more about your beautiful city... we just ran out of time...
They are pretty neat -- if you're even back up this way in the summer you should take the boat ride that goes through the locks. It's pretty touristy, but fun! I've done it twice, and I live here, haha.
