It's true. I was 230lbs and desperate to give birth.
Six days later was the more important day of my life & marked the beginning of my new life. What a surreal year it's been. I can hardly remember looking like this:
PS. I think I rocked the massive belly pretty well, all things considered.

I have a weird pregnancy question to ask, seeing as I've never been pregnant myself, forgive me if this is too personal.
After you give birth what happens to all the stretched skin and how long did it take for it to go back to somewhat normal? -Shannon O.
Haha, well, skin is pretty elastic, so it definitely tightens up again a bit, but I think most mamas would tell you that you're left with a bit of a saggy baggy tummy when it's all said and done. I lost all the baby weight by 6 months after her birth, but everything's pretty squishy :)

i gained 70 lbs with my twins, 55 lbs with the boy & 40 with the last one. i feel you.
i remember thinking you were one of the most gorgeous pregnant women i'd even seen. truly beautiful.

i'm supposed to be due in march, but all signs are pointing towards an early delivery. whenever the time comes, i'm going to try and channel your strength. loved your birth story!
