Last night, while making dinner, I wore Gretchen in a rucksack type carry using our CuddlyWrap. This definitely isn't tied as tight or as nicely as it could have been -- but it did the trick while I cooked up some noodles.
I've been meaning to get an actual woven wrap for months now, and after trying some of the more traditional wrapping styles, I'm convinced I'd really love it. I do heart my Ergo like crazy, but it's nice to switch it up every once and a while.
I'm sure Gretchen appreciates the change of scenery.
Also, she can pull my hair.

i have a few woven's i'd be happy to part with for a very fair price or work out some kind of trade for. not spamming you just letting you know. and enabling :)
i feel this is ok since we had the whole diaper connection going on before...
Oh yes! I would really love to work something out with you in that respect -- actually, when I was thinking above woven wraps, you came to mind first thing!
Hey Desiree,
Did you know you can wear the Ergo backward to carry your babe on your back?
I pretty much only use it this way now that my babe is so heavy! haha
But yess to a nice woven wrap, so snuggly for winter :)
Oh yeah :) I did know that. I've shared some pics at some point on the blog with her on my back, I just liked to try my other wraps sometimes :D
ps. all this babywearing makes me wish I was a little baby being worn too!
Oh sweet :) I must have missed those. Yea, oww you've prompted me to just imagine, how awesome would it feel. Lucky little monkies.
