Look Who Came Home With Me This Morning

Hello, lovelies.

Rosemary, you little beauty.

Salut, my pretty, pretty, peppers.

Dark Opal Basil, you sassy thing.

To my tomatoes, with love.

A little nip, just for the kitties.

This is just the beginning, ladies & gents. Tomorrow I'll strike out for soil & compost & bamboo stakes for my top heavy tomato plants. Soon to come: dirty hands, thriving greens & a feeling of satisfaction in the very pit of my stomach.

Please share you gardens with me, dear friends. I'd love to see what you're growing!

Your plants look lovely! Last year, I had a small garden and let me tell you, lettuce and dill grow like wildfire! They are super easy to start from seed, grow quickly, and produce a lot. :) You should consider adding them to your lovely little garden.

did you get these from the market today?

If you have any luck with your oregano, let me know how you did it! Mine always dies within a week of planting. D:

The plan is to plant our garden today or tomorrow before the warm rain comes this weekend! Perfect!
Can't wait for the lushness!

Felly -- got them from the co-op on Lansdowne!

And thanks friends -- this will be the first time I've ever tried to garden completely on my own. I can't wait to see my bounty!

I'm going to live vicariously through your garden, if you don't mind. Lovely, lovely plants! I keep meaning to buy some flowers for our balcony, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

So lovely! I'm sure all that you plant will turn out beautiful, and you will feel awesome when you get to eat from your very own garden!
