Yesterday, while the babe napped, I whipped up a little blanket for her from two fun fabrics that I picked up on sale a couple months ago.
Nothing too fancy, but colourful & cute! I think we'll probably use this one in our stroller mostly. It's the perfect size for keeping little laps warm!
I also love the pixelated look of that one fabric. I call it geek-chic.

I have that poka dot flannel too, I love the bright dots. I used it on some custom mama pads and made a few wipes from it too. Nice work :) I love home-made blankets.

i'm in the process of making a baby quilt & just finished 2 shirts that were for my son's preschool auction. a skull-n-crossbones & a rainbow.
its lovely! been making a crocheted dress for me and some wonderfully bright baby overalls for a dear friend whose due in three weeks!
I love the idea of making your own baby blankets!
I redecorated the bedroom recently and made new wall hangings!
